Expanding on past research, the Women’s Rabbinc Network (WRN) has partnered with the Center for Parental Leave Leadership (CPLL) to conduct the landmark survey, which resulted in this 2025 Family and Medical leave Research Report. This project generated a comprehensive understanding of family and medical leave access, experiences, and attitudes within the Reform Movement’s professional community. Focus areas include: • Prevalence of need for leave and perceived value • Who has access to leave, including ability to take time off and sources (if any) of pay while on leave • Satisfaction with leave programs and practices • Unique leave-related situations or challenges specific to Reform Movement professionals We extend our sincere thanks for the valuable input from the survey participants. This research was possible because of generous grant from the SRE Network. Click below to view and read the report with the option to download. |
