A taxi or an Uber are recommended as the quickest and easiest mode of travel, as even after taking public transportation to Beverly, you would still need to get a taxi to the property from the train station. The average duration is 27 minutes with an estimated price range of $60-$75. Logan Express bus goes from Logan to North Shore Mall in Peabody, which is 8 miles from the Wylie Center. The cost to Peabody is $12 one way and $22 round trip. Public transportation includes train changes, stairs and escalators. You will also need to purchase multiple tickets. Estimated price for tickets is $4-$9 Adults.

  • Stop Options would be Montserrat or Beverly Depot (Montserrat is only a flag stop, the rider must  let the conductor know or they won’t stop there)
  • Take taxi to The Wylie Center

PACKING LIST:

  • Dress is casual throughout the convention(Although we will have a photographer in residence who may be able to take a more professional picture for you, if you want to bring a nice top)
  • Reusable/Refillable Water Bottle
  • Workout Clothes. We will have access to the hotel's small gym and Endicott's complete gym. Plus, there is access (rugged path) to the ocean for walks on the beach (no lifeguard, so swimming is not advised)
  • Tallit, kippah, tefillin (as is your tradition
  • No need to pack Mishkan Tefillah, we will be using Visual Tefillah
  • Games, crafts, coloring supplies, yarn crafts, musical instruments (especially for the beit cafe!)
  • Any Covid related supplies you may need like, tests and masks.
  • Menstruation products (tampons, pads) in unopened packages to donation to a local charity
  • Charging cords
  • Cash for open, cash bar at dinners & to buy Anita Diamant's Book, Period. End of Sentence.
  • Sunscreen and a hat
  • Lawn chair, if you are driving to convention. To enjoy outdoors space. "If they don't give you a seat at the table, bring a folding chair." Shirley Chisholm. 
  • If you are traveling by public transportation and need us to buy something for you to have at the conference, let Mary know. (for example: distilled water)

  • Before You Arrive: Take a COVID test and record results in the form sent via email.
